How We Work

Fixed scope. Friday demos. Your code, every milestone.

The same engagement on every project, so you always know what you're paying for, what's been built and what happens next.

The engagement

Six steps, no surprises.

From first call to handover, every project follows this path.

  1. Step 1: Scoping call

    Free

A call with a senior engineer, not a salesperson. We learn what you need, what it replaces and what success looks like, and we'll tell you if you don't need custom software.

  2. Step 2: Written scope & fixed quote

    Within 24 hrs

A document listing every milestone, what it includes, and a fixed price for each. You can share it with your team, your investors or another vendor for comparison.

  3. Step 3: Kickoff

    Day one

You get access to the code repository, a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel opens with the engineers, and the first sprint is planned with you.

  4. Step 4: Two-week sprints

    Demo every Friday

We build in two-week sprints. Every Friday you get a working build and plain-English notes on what changed, what's next and anything we need from you.

  5. Step 5: Milestone sign-off

    Pay per milestone

When a milestone's scope is delivered, you review it against the written scope and sign it off. You pay for that milestone, not for hours.

  6. Step 6: Launch & handover

    Post-launch warranty

We deploy to production, monitor closely after launch and fix bugs under warranty. Then you choose: keep us for new features, or hand the code to your own team.

Fixed-milestone pricing

You know the price before we write a line.

Hourly billing rewards slow work. We price the outcome instead.

  • Price fixed per milestone

Each milestone has a fixed price agreed before work starts. If we underestimate, that's our problem, not yours.

  • Pay as milestones land

You pay when a milestone is delivered and signed off. No large upfront payment for work you haven't seen.

  • Changes quoted before they start

New ideas mid-project are welcome. Each change is scoped and priced in writing, and nothing starts until you approve it.

  • No retainers

No monthly lock-in. Ongoing support is optional, scoped separately, and you can stop at any milestone.

Weekly releases

Every Friday, something you can click.

Status reports can hide a lot. Working software can't. Every Friday you get a build you can use, with notes written for people, not just developers.

IP ownership

100% yours. No asterisks.

If we disappeared tomorrow, you'd still have everything you need to run, change and deploy your product.

  • Repository access from the first sprint
  • Source code and repositories transferred at each milestone
  • Hosting and app store accounts registered to your business
  • All credentials and secrets handed over at launch
  • Full IP assignment in the contract
  • NDA signed before the scoping call on request
  • Architecture notes so any team can take over

Something else? Ask an engineer

  • We break down your project into defined milestone phases. After an initial scoping call, we provide a detailed written scope with fixed pricing for each milestone. You know exact costs and deliverables upfront with zero hourly surprises.

  • No. We believe in earning your trust project by project. Once a milestone is completed and handed over, you own the IP and code. You are under no obligation to sign monthly retainers unless you want ongoing support.

  • Our core stack includes Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and React Native (Expo) for iOS & Android apps. We also build official Meta WhatsApp Business API integrations.

  • We set up a shared Slack or WhatsApp channel with direct access to your engineering team. Every Friday, we deliver a working demo build along with plain-English release notes detailing what was built and tested.

  • Yes, 100%. Upon milestone completion, full source code access, GitHub repositories, deployment credentials, and intellectual property rights are completely transferred to your company under standard NDA and IP agreements.

  • We provide post-launch bug warranty and monitoring options. We can remain available for feature iterations or train your in-house engineering team to manage the codebase independently.
