AGA Infotech Private Limited ("AGA Infotech", "we", "us") is a software development studio based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and when you contact us.

02Data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run this website:
- Details you submit in our contact, quote and project audit forms: name, email, phone number, company, the service you're interested in, budget range, website or app link, and your message.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics where you have allowed them.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website.

- To communicate with you about a project you have asked us about.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on a potential project, and project records for as long as required for contractual, legal and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires.

11Client project data
When we build software for a client, the client decides how personal data in that software is used. In those cases we act on the client's instructions under the terms of our project agreement, and the client's own privacy policy applies to their users.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
