02Our services and project agreements

Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, including the scope, milestones, fixed pricing, payment terms, warranty and IP terms. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed project agreement, the project agreement applies.
03Quotes and scopes
Quotes and written scopes we send are valid for the period stated on them. A quote becomes binding only when both parties sign a project agreement. Changes to an agreed scope are quoted separately in writing before work on them begins.
